Suzuki Australia is saying thanks to its customer base by hosting a round of drive-in movie nights around the country next month.

Owners of all Suzukis past and present are invited to attend the screenings of cult comedy classic Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, which will be shown at venues in Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Admission is free for all Suzuki drivers and their passengers, although capacity limits apply at each drive-in cinema.

The Perth event will take place at Galaxy Drive-In Theatre on May 22, while Sydneysiders get their turn on May 24 at Skyline Blacktown Drive-In. Finally, Melbourne-based Suzuki owners are invited to Coburg Drive-In on May 31.

Suzuki says it’s holding the community drive-in events to bring together owners and show appreciation for their ongoing support of the brand.

The Japanese manufacturer first arrived Down Under in 1971 and has gone on to amass a passionate fan base.

Best-known for the pint-size Jimny off-roader and small cars such as the Swift, Suzuki was among the top 20 best-selling auto brands in Australia last year, tallying 21,278 deliveries.
