Mercedes-Benz is recalling over 400 examples of its GLC and EQE as drivers may lose steering control.

“Due to a manufacturing defect, the steering coupling bolts may not meet specifications and could become loose. This can result in a loss of steering control,” the company says in its recall notice.

“A loss of steering control could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users.”
