how to watch the nascar cup south point 400 this weekend

NASCAR’s playoffs are in full bore, and the third round begins Saturday at Las Vegas. Here’s how to watch the South Point 400.

Coverage begins at 5:30 p.m. E.T. on USA, with the “Countdown to Green” pre-race show beginning a half-hour earlier. Streamers can catch the race on HBO Max, and those stuck in the car can listen on Sirius XM. Check your listings for the station.

True race fans who want to see practice and qualifying can catch practice on TruTV at 4:30 p.m. E.T. on Saturday, October 11, with qualifying following at 5:40 p.m. E.T.

The final eight drivers are Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, Kyle Larson, William Byron, Christopher Bell, Chase Elliott, Chase Briscoe, and defending champion Joey Logano. Bell, Elliott, Briscoe, and Logano all currently stand below the cutline in terms of points needed to be part of the final four for next month’s championship race.

For those tuning in for the other NASCAR series, Xfinity runs the Focused Health 302 at 7:30 p.m. E.T. on Saturday, Oct. 11, and the Craftsman Truck Series is not running this week.
