Honda offers free servicing and price cuts for its SUVs as warranty offer ends

Buyers of the Honda HR-V, ZR-VandCR-V will receive five free scheduled services if they purchase before November 28, 2025, in a new deal that replaces a now-expired extended-warranty promotion.

The five-year servicing offer represents a $995 saving for customers of all three SUV models, given Honda caps each of their 12-month/10,000km scheduled services at $199.

The deal includes scheduled services only, not additional work, and is not applicable to demonstrator models.

The previous offer, which ended on September 30, included an eight-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty along with eight years of roadside assistance across the Japanese brand’s SUV range.

Honda Australia’s standard five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty now applies across the range instead, including five years of roadside assistance.

However, customers still receive up to eight years of warranty coverage if they service their vehicle with the Honda Extend program.

Honda has also reduced the price of the flagship 2025 CR-V e:HEV RS mid-size hybrid SUV, which was previously priced at $59,900 drive-away, by $500.

There are still offers for 2024 model-year CR-V and ZR-V vehicles while stocks last, including the five-seat MY24 CR-V VTi L, which now costs $48,900 drive-away – a discount of $1900.

And the smaller ZR-V e:HEV LX is now on offer for $50,900 drive-away – $4000 off its normal list price.

SUVs make up two-thirds of the Honda Australia range – alongside the small Civic hatch and mid-size Accord sedan – but they account for 94 per cent of its sales, with the CR-V being its top-seller.

Honda Australia sales figures are almost identical year-on-year, with 11,607 vehicles delivered between January 1 and September 30 in 2025, compared to 11,606 in the same nine-month period in 2024.

The Japanese brand moved to an ‘agency’ sales model in Australia in 2021 under its previous director, Stephen Collins – who is now the chief operating officer at BYD Australia and New Zealand – with an annual sales target of approximately 18,000 vehicles. MORE: Explore the Honda showroom
