Now on AutoHunter is this 1972 MG MGB. It’s powered by its original SU-carbureted 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine, which is connected to a four-speed manual gearbox. Finished in Blaze and equipped with a black soft top over a black vinyl interior, this classic British roadster is now offered by the seller with a spare wheel and clear Arizona title.

The Blaze exterior is accented with chrome bumpers and brightwork. Other features include a fender-mounted antenna, bright mirror housings, a black soft top with plastic rear windows, and an exposed gas cap.

This roadster rides on a set of 14-inch wire wheels with 185/70 Futura Metric Radial tires.

Inside the cockpit is a pair of black vinyl bucket seats. Those are accompanied by features such as an aftermarket dash cover, a three-spoke wheel connected to manual rack-and-pinion steering, a Sony AM/FM/cassette stereo, and a center console.

The Smiths instrumentation consists of a 120-mph speedometer, 7,000-rpm tachometer, and fuel, oil pressure, and temperature gauges. The odometer shows 57,786 miles, but this vehicle’s title indicates it’s mileage-exempt.

Under the hood is the reportedly original B-series, 78.5-horsepower 1.8-liter I4 topped by dual SU carburetors and connected to a four-speed synchromesh manual transmission.

A 3.90 rear end transmits the engine’s output to the road. Power front disc and rear drum brakes keep that output in check.

The auction for this 1972 MG MGB Roadster ends on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (MST).
