Now on AutoHunter is the Big Kahuna of dune buggies, this 1967 Meyers Manx. It is powered by a Volkswagen 1915cc four paired to a four-speed manual transmission. Features include front drop spindles, Freeway Flyer rear axle, 15-inch aluminum wheels, AutoMeter gauges, and more. Painted red with black snap-on top over a black vinyl interior, this Southern California creation is offered by the selling dealer with a clear title.

The red fiberglass body features a black roll cage in which to attach a snap-on top. Other exterior features include side mirrors, chrome bumperettes front and rear, and a rear-mounted flag.

A set of 15-inch aluminum wheels are wrapped in staggered-width tires—145 Nankang radials up front, 275 BFGoodrich radials out back.

The interior features black vinyl bucket seats with racing harnesses. Other features include a Grant steering wheel and T-handle manual transmission shifter.

Instrumentation consists of AutoMeter Pro-Comp gauge cluster that includes a 120-mph speedometer, 10,000-rpm tachometer, and an oil pressure gauge, plus a VDO gauge measuring fuel to the left of the steering column. The odometer currently shows 4,784 miles, though the title reads mileage-exempt.

The engine is a dual-port 1915cc Volkswagen four-cylinder fed by twin Weber carburetors. That power is shifted by a four-speed manual transmission modified with a Freeway Flyer transaxle, which gives a taller fourth gear.

The undercarriage features front drop spindles, drum brakes, and a high-performance exhaust system.

The auction for this fun fun fun 1967 Meyers Manx ends on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 11:15 a.m. (MST).
