Alfa Romeo is celebrating its Italian heritage – what’s new? – with a trio of special editions.
The Tributo Italiano treatment is being offered on the Tonale Plug-In Hybrid Q4, as well as the Giulia and Stelvio.
Just 20 examples of the Tonale are coming to Australia, as well as 26 examples of the Giulia and 14 of the Stelvio. They’re due to arrive in the first half of 2025.
The Tonale Tributo Italiano is priced at $79,000 before on-road costs, with the special edition Giulia priced at $80,450 before on-roads and the Stelvio at $88,450 before on-roads.

That makes the Tonale $500 more than the standard Plug-In Hybrid Q4, while the Tributo Italiano versions of the Giulia and Stelvio cost $4000 more than the mid-range Veloce.
All vehicles will be finished in one of the three colours of the Italian flag, accompanied by a black roof with a sunroof.
Alfa White solid paint is standard, with Alfa Red solid a $1990 option, and Montreal Green costing $2500 on the Tonale and $3095 on the Stelvio and Giulia.
The Italian tricolore appears on their mirror caps, while all come with red Brembo brake calipers.
The two SUVs also receive a body-colour bodykit, with the Tonale riding on 20-inch alloy wheels and the Stelvio on 21-inch alloys. The Giulia features 19-inch alloys.
Inside, Tributo Italiano models feature black leather upholstery with red perforations, plus ‘Tributo Italiano’ and the Italian flag’s colours embroidered onto the front headrests.
Red stitching is also applied to the dashboard, seats and door panels.
Giulia and Stelvio models feature a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with 206kW of power and 400Nm of torque mated with an eight-speed automatic transmission, with the former being rear-wheel drive and the latter all-wheel drive.
The Tonale PHEV features a turbocharged 1.3-litre four mated with a six-speed automatic and a 15.5kWh lithium-ion battery. Total system power is 208kW, with claimed WLTP electric-only range of 60km.
