recall alert 2024 2025 fiat 500e

Today we have a minor recall involving the 2024-2025 Fiat 500e.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is issuing a recall for certain 2024–2025 Fiat 500e battery-electric vehicles due to improperly adjusted headlights. The issue affects the horizontal aim of the headlights, which can reduce driver visibility or create glare for oncoming traffic, increasing the risk of a crash.

The vehicles do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 108, which governs lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment.

To address the problem, dealers will install headlight adjustment plugs. Chrysler plans to begin mailing owner notification letters on December 10, 2025. Vehicle owners can contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403 for more information. The VINs of affected vehicles will be searchable on NHTSA’s website starting October 28, 2025.
