The Leapmotor B10 compact electric SUV has been confirmed for Australian release in November 2025, when it will be available in two variants priced from just $38,990 drive-away.
Such sharp entry pricing will make the B10 Australia’s most affordable electric SUV, undercutting the MG S5 EV (from $40,990 drive-away) and Chery E5 (from ~$40,430 drive-away. Leapmotor Australia is also offering three years of scheduled servicing for $200 if you register your interest before October 31 purchase a B10 before January 31, 2026.
The two variants – Style and Design – come with two different lithium iron phosphate battery packs, with range according to the more lenient NEDC test cycle ranging from 442 to 516km on a full charge. Both vehicles are powered by a 160kW/240Nm electric motor driving the front axle.

The Leapmotor B10 is rides on the Stellantis brand’s LEAP3.5 chassis architecture, and as noted earlier its is exclusively powered by a 160kW/240Nm e-motor on the front axle. Zero to 100km/h acceleration takes a claimed 8.0 seconds, with top speed rated at 170km/h.
Further, both battery variants support 11kW AC charging, with DC fast-charging at up to 168kW possible in the higher-spec variant. At the peak DC rate, Leapmotor claims the B10 can be charged from 30 to 80 per cent in approximately 20 minutes.
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality are left notably off the feature rosters, though Leapmotor Australia has committed to a “targeted” delivery of the smartphone mirroring tech in January via an over-the-air software update. More details will be released in due course.
At launch, the B10 will be available in six exterior paint colours – including five optional premium finishes – as well as three different interior colours depending on the variant – Grey Fabric for the Style, and Light Grey or Shadow Grey TechnoLeather for the Design LR flagship.
