qotd what s the best animal insect name for a car

We’ve been having fun with galleries lately, and the past few have centered around the animal world.

Lots of cars have been named after cats, bugs, fish, and more. I ask of you, which is the best one?

For the purposes of this question, it can be a make or a model.

I don’t know if I have a fave. The Mercury Cougar sounds good, but “Cougar” is such a common name for sports mascots, and other products, and well, there’s another usage I won’t go into here.

Of course, I’ve always liked the Ford Mustang as a car, so maybe that wins by default.

Your turn. You know what to do. Sound off below.
