The Mercedes-Benz C200 Sport Edition is yet another special edition from the three-pointed star, which is now on sale and is coming here in “limited numbers”.
At $88,400 before on-road costs, it’s just $600 more expensive than the standard C200 which recently received a $4800 price cut.
Until June 30, 2025, Mercedes-Benz is also offering nationwide drive-away pricing of $92,500.

It features rear privacy glass and 19-inch AMG multi-spoke bi-colour alloy wheels, which were dropped as standard fitment from the C200 and moved to a $1800 Design Package.
The Sport Edition also brings the Night Package, with high-gloss black trim used for the mirror housings, window surrounds, and the mouldings in the front and rear aprons, plus an AMG lip spoiler.
The latter is the first application of this feature on a non-AMG C-Class.
The Sport Edition is available in the following metallic finishes, as well as Polar White non-metallic, all at no extra cost:

Inside, the Sport Edition also features unique “metal-structure” trim on the centre console and dash.
Black Artico leatherette upholstery is standard, though you can also opt for Neva Grey or Sienna Brown colourways.

The Sport Edition isn’t to be confused with the Night Edition, which was revealed last year and remains on Mercedes-Benz’s configurator with a price of $87,047 before on-road costs.
This features unique 19-inch alloy wheels and gloss black exterior trim, and costs $900 less than the standard C200.
All C200 models use a turbocharged 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine mated with a 48V mild-hybrid system and a nine-speed automatic transmission.

Total outputs are 150kW of power and 300Nm of torque, giving the C200 a 0-100km/h time of 7.3 seconds.
Even with these new, more sharply priced special editions, the C-Class is among the more expensive vehicles in its segment.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia range opens at $69,950 before on-road costs, and its base Ti model is currently being offered for $59,990 drive-away.
BMW no longer offers a 320i here, with the more powerful 330i M Sport opening the range at $92,900 before on-road costs.
Likewise, the Genesis G70 sedan – featuring a twin-turbo V6 with twice the capacity and close to twice the power of the C200’s engine – opens at $87,114 before on-roads.
