The LDV MIFA people mover is now available with an eight-seat configuration, giving it enough seats to directly take on the top-selling Kia Carnival.
The eight-seat layout is only available in the base Mode, however, and is currently priced at $47,990 drive-away.
That makes it $1019 more than the seven-seat Mode, which is currently being offered for $46,971 drive-away for private buyers for a limited time on in-stock vehicles.

The base MIFA significantly undercuts the most affordable Kia Carnival, which is currently priced at $54,690 drive-away.
The Luxe and Executive continue to be offered only in seven-seat guise, with two individual seats for the second row.
The 2025 MIFA range is due to arrive in Australian showrooms this month.
The base Mode also now features adaptive LED headlights with high-beam assist.

The LDV MIFA is backed by a seven-year, 200,000km warranty.
LDV doesn’t offer capped-price servicing on the MIFA.
